As a Certified Master Inspector, I have completed more than 1,000 inspections and/or hours of Continuing Education, have been in business for more than three years, abide by the Master Inspector Certification Board's strict Code of Ethics, and have agreed to a criminal background check.

I am also an instructor at the College of Southern Maryland where I teach the Maryland Pre-Licensing course for aspiring home inspectors. In addition, I am an InterNACHI® partner instructor and DS Home Inspection Services is an InterNACHI® Training Partner. InterNACHI® School (internachi.edu) is the only accredited home inspector college that provides free memberships to our students.
