Premium Property Maintenance Rental Inspection

• Exterior
  • Roof - Roof coverings, drainage systems, flashings and skylights, chimneys and other roof penetrations.
  • Structural - Foundations, grading & drainage, basements, walkways, and floor, wall and ceiling structures.
• Interior
  • HVAC – Test heating and cooling equipment.
  • Plumbing - Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, and any sump pumps.
  • Electrical - Connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure outlets are GFCI-protected
  • Condition of home
• Termite (WDO) Inspection
  • Exterior and Interior will be inspected for wood destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, etc.
  • Termite report will be provided.

You will be provided an inspection report with photos, videos, and descriptions as necessary.
