What Sets Us Apart

Shadow Real Home Inspections

Classroom training is only half the story. Our students are invited into the field to shadow actual home inspections—seeing the course material come to life so the concepts truly stick and they walk into the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) ready to pass.

👀
The DS Difference

See it in the field, master it for the exam.

Most home inspection schools stop at the textbook. We bring you onto real inspections alongside a Certified Master Inspector—so you connect what you studied to live systems and defects. That hands-on reinforcement helps the course material click and prepares you to pass the National Home Inspector Examination. It’s what truly sets DS Home Inspection Academy apart.
