These guys are GREAT!! Prior to scheduling my inspection, I had a lottttt of questions, which some may find tedious. But DS was extremely patient and understanding and answered all of my questions thoroughly! Once I scheduled them and they came by, they were very communicative as to what they were doing, what their equipment was doing, and the reason behind everything. They continued to show patience and professionalism as I followed them around (like a little weirdo) asking more questions! On top of that, they were extremely personable, polite and willing to simply chat and joke while they worked! Lastly, their reports are very quickly provided AND very detailed!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience with my home inspector and would highly recommend him. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to carefully evaluate the home, which was especially important to me as a first time homebuyer, of new construction. I especially appreciate that his service didn’t end when the inspection was over. He took the time to speak with me afterward, walk me through the report, answer my questions, and explain which findings are fairly normal to see at this stage of new construction versus which items may warrant more attention. That context was incredibly helpful and made the report much easier to understand without unnecessarily alarming me. I felt that he was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I understood the condition of the home. Unlike prior home inspections where it's a single individual with a flashlight and cellphone, Mr. Sye brought a team of experts, a video camera, and a detailed strategy to provide me with all the information I needed to understand the condition of the home under contract. And having the report delivered online with written and video narration is extremely beneficial; not to mention the capability to build a repair list for further negotiations. Mr. Sye is thorough, clear of the findings and makes you feel comfortable with understanding the inspection he conducts and how to discuss the findings with the builder. We are only in the predrywall inspection phase. The package we have is affordable and worth it from start to finish. Everything about this inspection process exceeded my expectations.
