Ditanyan was scheduled to inspect chimneys by our general inspection guy for a house we are thinking of buying. Ditanyan contacted us up front, detailed his method of inspection, showed up on time and despite some mechanical issues, powered through and completed the inspection. Afterward, he spent a lot of time with me on the phone going over his inspection report and clarifying any question I had regarding the report. He also supplied a source to get a repair quote for fixing the issues he found with the chimneys/fireplaces - very convenient. If you get a chance to work with Ditanyan, don't pass up the opportunity.

There is most definitely a reason why Ditanyan has the number of great reviews that he does. He is kind, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We are having him do all of the inspections on our new construction build. Not once have I ever questioned him or his ability. He has even been patient with the nightmare he inadvertently got involved with from our builder, Lennar. If you want the best, you found him. So happy to have him do damage control on our new house. It's no secret that Lennar sucks, but, with Ditanyan's expertise, I feel much better about our purchase. 100/100 would recommend and use him again.
