DS Home Inspection Services, LLC inspected my single family detached residential property, an older all-brick home. The inspector was highly professional and friendly and immediately put us at ease. He was impressively knowledgeable about every area of home construction from roof to foundation and every important detail in between. He worked independently and quietly, and his activities posed no disruption to ours. He encouraged our questions and gave clear, understandable answers to everything we asked, and explained what he was doing and why, even when we didn’t ask. Our reward was a 100+ page report with color pics identifying and describing the items inspected, and highlighting all observed defects: minor, major, and most important, material defects. Amazingly, the inspection package also included charts with ballpark estimates for repairs and improvements to typical residential structures such as ours. The DS Home Inspection Services inspection and report were far superior to my one previous experience and those any of my friends and family have ever described.
