Taking the Home Inspectors class at CSM under Ditanyan was phenomenal. His teaching style made it easy to comprehend. The personal experiences (he) shared during class regarding home inspecting are priceless. The study helps provided to assist in learning all helped make this class insightful and not just religion. Ditanyan also extended invitations for a class student to accompany him on an Inspection ( to which I went) and the experience greatly helped me to understand and value Home Inspections even more than I did at the start.

Good teacher, very well informed

I was in need of an inspection for my home which was a new build. DS Home inspection Services was recommended by my realtor so I reached out for information, availability and a quote. I spoke with Mr. Ditanyan who was very knowledgeable and transparent about home inspections and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I received a very reasonable quote for the services and he was very flexible with his schedule. The home inspection service was excellent, I had a few issues that needed some attention by my builder. After consulting with Mr. Ditanyan during and after the inspection, I was more than comfortable addressing the issues with my builder that were found during the inspection. I would recommend Mr. Ditanyan to friends and family especially if this is your first home inspection, first home purchase or if you’re not familiar with a home inspection. This was not my first home purchase however I had not purchased a home in about 10 years.

I had called around to several places and explained my situation. Mr. Ditanyan was the only one that told me to try to get my HVAC unit working before I got the mold inspection to ensure accurate results. He specifically said he did not want to just take my money. I appreciated that. I was able to get the unit working and he came to do the inspection 3 days later. Due to the holiday the results were one day delayed, but I had them back in 4 days. Mr. Ditanyan was very thorough and knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend his services.

I am so glad that I hired DS Home Inspection Services, LLC for my pre-drywall inspection of my new construction home. Ditanyan Sye found areas of concern that I would not have known to look for. He prepared and promptly issued a thorough report to me and the builder's Project Manager. He also explained to me what needed to be done and why so I would have the information that I needed to have a conversation with the builder. He also followed up with me to ensure that the builder was responding to my requests to my satisfaction, and he made himself available for any additional questions. His presence at the pre-drywall inspection definitely made a difference:)
