My experience with DS Inspections was great because it was informative and necessary. First, the home inspector arrived about ten minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment for the home inspection which I appreciated. Second, the inspector, Mr. Ditanyan Sye explained to me what areas of my home he would be inspecting for the “annual home inspection” that I requested. I accompanied the inspector during the inspection and he explained to me what he was looking for, and he answered any questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable overall. Lastly, I received my inspection report later that evening that detailed the findings. The inspection report was detailed and included pictures and videos of some of my homes issues. The report showed that I had two minor defects and seven major defects. One major issue is that my furnace’s gas pipe was corroded which can lead to a gas leak. This information was extremely valuable so that I can stay in front of any potentially dangerous problems. Thank you for the great work DS Home Inspections.

Great customer service, highly professional, very punctual, well knowledgeable in his craft. We discovered mold growing in our daughter’s bathroom. I called DS Home Inspection on a Friday and told him about issue. He explained the process in detail, i.e., what needed to be done, how they were going to get it done and overall, their price was reasonable. On Monday he came and did the mold assessment. The appointment was at 12: noon but he arrived at my house at 11:55am sharp! Which was great. After conducting the test, he provide preliminary feedback, was very transparent about all solutions, and did not try to up sell any products or services. We appreciate his honesty and would definitely recommend him!

I recently had the pleasure of taking the most pleasant course on Home Inspection which was taught by Ditanyan. He was very knowledgeable, passionate and thorough throughout his explanations in class. Ditanyan also went out of his way to provide additional learning resources and information to us, even outside of our scheduled class time. Any questions I had about the course or related topics were responded to very quickly and professionally, nor has this changed after our class finished. I can truly say after my time in this class, that I hope any and all teachers/instructors/trainers I may have going forward are like Ditanyan!
