Ditanyan Sye of DS Home Inspection Services was incredibly thorough, professional, and responsive to our home inspection needs. He was able to fit us in on a tight timeline and we received the home inspection report the same day as the inspection. The report included detailed photographs and videos with detailed explanations which allowed us to easily communicate with the home builder on issues that needed to be corrected before closing. We plan on using his services again in 11 months prior to our 1 year warranty meeting with the builder. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection.

I initially scheduled and paid for his services but had to reschedule. I was a bit skeptical at first that he would not remember that the service was paid for but he gave me zero issues when I contacted him for a new date.. He was easy to contact, communicated timely and effectively and was extremely pleasant. My results were sent within days and overall I was completely satisfied with his services!
