We’re extremely glad we decided to go with DS inspections for our new home. Ditanyan provides excellent services and is extremely professional. He was able to send a video recording of everything he was doing as we weren’t at the home site during inspection, which was incredibly helpful as we were able to speak with the builder and address the issues immediately. Would definitely be availing the 11 month inspection service as well!

All, My family and I had a recent poor experience with a local area remodeling company and needed help with how to proceed. I'm a very meticulous person and expected the same from my inspector. I was not disappointed with DS Home Inspection Services. Mr. Ditanyan was very friendly and informative without making me feel as though he was mansplaining. I felt the inspection was thorough and appreciated all the things that came with my inspection, including all the reports, the follow-up and responsiveness post-inspection regarding any questions I had. Overall, I would use them again.

This company was great to work with! Ditanyan was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during our home inspection. The only feedback I would have that reduces this to a 4 star is the length of time needed. We only planned for 2hrs, however it took over 5hrs. I think if we knew we needed to block more time, we would’ve packed some snacks:) Despite the length of time, it was well worth the time and money as he armed us with so much information to make the best decision.

I was able to get a radon test scheduled quickly. Mr. Sye came to my home (and followed COVID protocols btw) and set up the testing device and explained the process. He returned 2 days later and gave me the results and discussed recommended future testing based on my results. Would definitely utilize DS Home Inspection Services again....10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ditanyan's home inspection services are impeccable. He arrived well in advance of the scheduled time. He was definitely ready to go to work and very enthusiast. He conducted an in-depth inspection of the home and explained major appliances/features throughly. He pointed out any concerns whether small or large with the home which helped me in the decision making process/next steps. After he sent me the final inspection report, he followed up to see if I had any additional questions. I would definitely refer Ditanyan to my family and friends. He did exceptional work and was very professional.

It was a pleasure to take a home inspection class taught by Professor Sye and he made it a rewarding and engaging learning experience. The class was one of the best I have ever taken! He demonstrated that he cares for his students by taking the time to get to know each of them and making sure that they thoroughly understood the material. Not only is he a Home Inspector master, but his business acumen is unmatched. The class would have been worth more than the cost for the business knowledge and mentoring alone.

I did not get to meet the inspector in person but he was in communication with me regularly before and after the inspection. He was polite and very professional. I received a very thorough report that included videos and explanations of every thing he was showing me. I feel like the inspection was done very well and I was able to send a copy to the builders to show them areas that needed their attention before we moved in.

The Home Inspection class is excellent!! I am a landlord/homeowner and the information is very helpful. I knew after the second class that I had made the right decision. I do not plan on becoming a Home Inspector, but the knowledge is very powerful for my landlord business and my own personal home upkeep. Ditanyan Sye is an excellent professor. He is very knowledgeable and funny. He has a wealth of experience and willing to share. This class would be an asset to anyone with a home, real estate investors and planning on becoming a home inspector.

My initial call to Mr. Sye was for a lead inspection last week. I was so very impressed with his promptness and professionalism, that I also called DS home inspection for the first time as a home also in the same week. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I really loved that he took the time to explain everything to my clients. As a result when they received the hard copy of the inspection, (by the way, I was truly impressed with how quickly we received the hard copy) my clients were already prepared to move forward and they were not shocked by anything in the report. In addition to Mr. Sye’s professionalism, the value was great. My buyers felt a sense of comfort in purchasing their first home with the extra warranties. I will definitely be using DS Home inspection in the future and I would highly recommend him to other agents and home buyers/ homeowners.
